HOW TO ENTER:
Go to www.omaha.com/contests and enter your favorite holiday cookie recipes- or a family favorite and a photo of the cookie into the 12 Days of Cookies contest. Fill out the entry form giving name, address, email address and phone number. Cookie recipes may be submitted from November 13, 2013 through November 24, 2013. Each timely submitted entry will be eligible to win. The winners will be picked by the top number of votes. Multiple submissions of a similar recipe (e.g. sugar) will be selected by an Omaha World-Herald editor. Readers can vote on the recipes from Monday, November 25, 2013.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: As an alternative to entering pursuant to paragraph A. above, you may enter by delivering your name, complete address, phone number date of birth and your favorite holiday cookie recipes- or a family favorite and a photo of the cookie, all legibly handwritten on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, to the Omaha World-Herald Building at 1314 Douglas Street, Omaha, Nebraska, or the 3" x 5" piece of paper may be mailed to: Omaha World-Herald 12 Days of Cookies Promotion, 1314 Douglas St., Suite 700, Omaha, NE 68102.

SELECTION OF WINNERS /ELIGIBILITY AND PRIZE:
All entries must be received by midnight Sunday, November 24, 2011 to be eligible. No mass-produced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or damaged are void and will not be accepted or eligible. Only legible and complete entry forms will be accepted and eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, lost, late or damaged entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The winning cookie recipes will be featured in the "12 Days of Cookies" feature in the Living section of the Omaha World-Herald newspaper and online at Omaha.com beginning on Wednesday, December 9 through Dec. 14 and Dec. 16 through Dec 21 with one winning recipe running each day.

IN ANY EVENT THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SPONSOR TO ANY PERSON DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION OR THE AWARD, USE OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY PRIZE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUM OF $5.00.
