A separate random drawing for the contest period (Monday, June 10, 2013 through Sunday, June 23, 2013) shall be held. To be entered into a drawing, an entry must be received by Sunday, June 23, 2013 by 12:59 p.m.  Each timely submitted correct entry will be eligible for the drawing.  One (1) winner will receive one (1) certificate for once a month house cleaning for a single family house located in the Omaha metropolitan area (Douglas and Sarpy Counties, Carter Lake and Council Bluffs, Iowa) for a year. (Value: $3,000) The drawing will be conducted at random by officials or representatives of the Sponsor on Monday, June 24, 2013.  Retail value of the prize is $3,000.00.

SELECTION OF WINNERS /ELIGIBILITY AND PRIZE:
All entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2013 to be eligible for the drawing. No mass-produced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or damaged are void and will not be accepted or eligible. Only legible and complete entry forms will be accepted and eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, lost, late or damaged entries. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

IN ANY EVENT THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF SPONSOR TO ANY PERSON DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION OR THE AWARD, USE OR ENJOYMENT OF ANY PRIZE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUM OF $5.00.
